Russia Part 1

Pete is at the entrance door for Arkadia Hotel just off the internal shared courtyard. We are totally surrounded by buildings. The outside looks shabby but the rooms are fine. Arkadia is located right in the historical centre of St Petersburg, in what they call the Golden Triangle.
